I love teaching Yoga! All styles of yoga are lovely and beneficial for healing and growing, strengthening and balancing the mind-body-spirit . It is a awareness creating practice that fosters connection to and with the Self.

There are many Different styles of yoga and they each foster different ways of realizing the goals a person sets out for themself. And along the way it may even provide new insights of physical capacity, mental resiliency and deeper connection to self through breathwork.
Yoga, is also a fun and playful exploration. So let us enjoy the both the process and practice and remember life is hard enough, Yoga should not be be so serious!
